Hi there!
Meet Roman and Valerie - the couple behind 416HomeReno. Happened to be that we are not only married but also own and operate a business together. As a family, we understand how important for you not only to own a property but make it feel like home; functional, practical, and beautiful.
A house is a feeling. A place where intentional structural and design changes bring joy, emotional wellbeing, and happiness.
We are positive that our previous endeavors and expertise add up to the business core. Roman has graduated from the Construction Engineering program and worked various jobs in construction for years in Toronto. Valerie brings to the table her marketing degree. The power dynamics combined with different backgrounds help us to deliver great customer service and amazing home renovations. As a small business, there are things we stand for, qualify and clear communication. We take one big project at a time to ensure that all our hard work, energy, and resources go towards completing the project.
How Can We Help
We are a modern family-owned and operated company that values transparency and integrity and treats your home as if it were our own. We provide a variety of General Contractor services that are customizable to each individual project. We don't just give your bathroom or kitchen a facelift, we will make the most out of the space to reach its potential. When you spend quality time with clients to map out all the wants and needs, references, inspirations, we know what matters the most - peace of mind, time, and money. Roman and Valerie work with an experienced team to deliver results on time and on budget. For some projects, we might go with carefully vetted subcontractors in a specific trade as this is the right thing to do knowing the specifics of the job.
We serve clients in Toronto and across the Greater Toronto Area. Willing to work outside the GTA, however, that depends on the project.
We will schedule a free in-home consultation to choose the best course of action for your project and they will work directly with you throughout the entire process.
